Enjoying a holiday together with your dog? At EuroParcs Buitenhuizen, your loyal four-legged friend is more than welcome. While you relax in nature, your dog can enjoy the many walking routes, recreational areas and beaches nearby.
A dog leash policy applies throughout the park to keep the environment pleasant and safe for everyone. Waste bags and waste bins are available throughout the park to help keep the surroundings clean.
The area around Buitenhuizen is perfect for long walks with your dog. Spaarnwoude recreational area offers various walking routes, nature areas and lakes where you can enjoy the outdoors together. The beaches of IJmuiden are also nearby, and between 1 October and 1 April dogs are allowed off leash in many areas.

- Pets are allowed in selected accommodations
- Dogs must be kept on a leash in the park
- Dogs are welcome on many walking routes and in nature areas nearby
- Waste bags and waste bins are available throughout the park
- There is no crate or dog shower available at the accommodation

The area offers countless hiking trails and off-leash areas where your dog can have a great time playing with other dogs. Would you rather get some fresh air together at the coast? IJmuiden Beach is just a short distance away! During certain times of the year, your dog is allowed to run around freely and splash in the water there. Tip: Before heading to the coast , always check the current guidelines so you know exactly where the off-leash areas are.
