EuroParcs Buitenhuizen is bezig om de sleutel naar een groenere wereld te krijgen door duurzamer te ondernemen. Wij doen dit aan de hand van de normen van Green Key, hét internationale keurmerk voor duurzame bedrijven in de recreatie- en vrijetijdsbranche.

Hierbij kunnen we jouw hulp ook goed gebruiken! Je kunt ons helpen door de verlichting uit te zetten en de thermostaat op 10 graden te zetten bij afwezigheid, te letten op onnodig waterverbruik en het afval zoveel mogelijk te scheiden.

Al onze verhuurwoningen voldoen aan de greenkey normen. We hebben op het park ook woningen die niet in de verhuur zitten, deze worden niet beoordeeld.

Amsterdam Sloterdijk is an important transfer station. From Haarlem, Zaandam and Bloemendaal, you can reach EuroParcs Buitenhuizen via this station.

From Amsterdam Sloterdijk station to EuroParcs Buitenhuizen
Take on Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station Regioliner 382 (direction IJmuiden via Westpoort. After ± 20 min you will arrive at the bus stop 'EuroParcs Buitenhuizen'. Get out of here. Follow the Buitenhuizerweg until you reach the reception of EuroParcs Buitenhuizen (± 4 min walk).

Van EuroParcs Buitenhuizen to station Amsterdam Sloterdijk
Follow the Buitenhuizerweg from the reception until you reach the intersection with the Amsterdamseweg (± 4 min walk). Here you will find a bus stop 'Camping Weltevreden'. From here take Regioliner 382 (direction Amsterdam via westpoort). After ± 20 min you will arrive at the 'Station Sloterdijk' bus stop in Amsterdam.

Because we value nature, the woods, the dunes and reeds, and your safery, we have a friendly reminder for you:

• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

Despite all our efforts, there may still be situations to which attention needs to be focused. In order to keep things at a good level and to be able to assess them, we would therefore like to ask you to report any malfunctions, technical defects and/or cleaning complaints to the lobby as soon as possible.

With your accommodation key you received a pass from us with which you can open the barrier between 07.00 and 23.00 hours. In case of an emergency is always possible to leave the park.

You can park one car at your accommodation. Other cars can be parked in the large car park at the entrance of the park.

Because of the child friendliness of our park, we kindly ask you to drive over the park at a walking pace. Please respect the signposts.

Pets are certainly welcome at Droomparken. We have selected special pitches and accommodations for this purpose. Pets may only be let out outside the park. In the unlikely event that your pet does need to go out on the park, dog poop bags are available free of charge. These are hung in various places on the park and can be collected from the lobby.

What to do on departure?

On the day of departure check out is before 10.00 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy.
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map).
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it all in one pillowcase.

All chalets at holiday park EuroParcs Buitenhuizen have a filter coffee maker or Senseo coffee maker. The comfort connecting rooms have a Nespresso machine.

Holiday park EuroParcs Buitenhuizen has charging stations for the electric car, which can be found at the general car park at the front of the park.

If you have booked via the EuroParcs website or Guest Service, you can easily adjust your expected arrival time via your My EuroParcs account. EuroParcs Buitenhuizen colleagues will then e-mail you the check-in procedure (outside opening hours) on the day of arrival. If you have booked via another operator, you can change your expected time of arrival up to one day in advance. Please note! The booking must be paid in full.

Charcoal, gas or electric barbecues are allowed. Coal barbecuing is only possible depending on the weather code www.natuurbrandrisico.nl

There are no barbecues at the park, complete BBQ packages including supplies can be booked via "My EuroParcs" account.

It is possible to fish at the park without a fishing pass. However, the water in some chalets is low. We recommend fishing near the fishing pier (between chalet 474 and 475) at the natural lake.

Around and during the turn of the year (and the rest of the year) it is not allowed to light fireworks on the holiday park. We will check this if possible. There is little or no nuisance from fireworks in the surrounding area.
